This cake was fun in the fact that I tried a bunch of new things. I did a yummy raspberry-buttercream filling in a vanilla cake with plain butter cream frosting on top decorated with daisies. I started not knowing how I wanted to decorate it, but at the end of the class the flowers and borders were fun and so I did that. Next time I would cut part of the top off each cake so the final result was a little more level, but overall I liked the spring inspired cake.
